To be responsible for designing and delivering integrated digital campaign strategy and driving it from creation to completion. Working with Marketing Communications team to identify the needs and goals of digital campaigns and develop the assets for execution. This position will effectively implement various campaigns through multiple digital channels in order to achieve targets in term of both branding and performance. In addition, this position will actively do researches on digital trends to propose ideas and solutions to optimise marketing strategies, activities and events.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Digital Campaigns
• Work with Marketing Communications team to develop detailed digital campaign plans, including campaign goals, strategy, messaging, action plan, marketing distribution channels and tactics, budget and KPIs;
• Effectively implement all related digital marketing activities in-house or liaise with digital agencies as and when required;
• Manage university website and continuously update and improve Search Engine Marketing performance;
• Set up, execute and optimise campaigns on social media, landing page and website to enhance branding, raise awareness and interest while ignite the needs;
• Create and monitor paid ads for admission campaigns and optimise daily performance;
• Monitor the business account to ensure efficiency, increase ROI and minimise spending;
• Regularly update leads from different sources to the student recruitment team;
• Work closely with the content team to create communication materials for digital marketing, landing pages, website, social media, as needed;
• Coordinate with other team members to meet deadlines and execute campaigns to your specifications;

2. Research & Report
• Conduct necessary market researches to gain a thorough understanding of the industry and update creative and effective digital trends to shape future tactics and activities;
• Work with the marketing manager strategically on creating digital strategies and map out the tasks needed to implement that plan to help the University reach its key goals and priorities;
• Measure, analyse and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI and deliver in-depth reports such as lead generation report, social media performance, digital marketing report… to internal stakeholders;
• Make pertinent proposals to maximise campaigns impacts;
• Manage the website and analyse data analytics to improve the efficiency of digital marketing campaigns and generate leads
• Maintain databases and use the customer relationship management system
• Participate in social media tracking and clipping
• Monitor brand mentions on digital platforms
• Control and monitor the execution of plans, making sure all tasks given are carried out professionally and effectively in a timely manner.
3. Crisis Management & Auditing
• Conduct website and social media audits to ensure proper user interface and information
• Foresee and build a digital crisis management strategy and plan to prepare responses ahead;
• Ensure that brand guidelines are followed in all university digital marketing activities and platforms;
• Maintain and manage BUV’s corporate image and identity;

Essential
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications or equivalent from relevant programs;
- Minimum of 3 years of related marketing experience required;
- Proficiency in English;
- Experience in education is an asset;
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, channels and tools with a strategic brand communication mindset;
- Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to detailed execution
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and have strong analytical skills to forecast and identify digital marketing trends and challenges;
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision; manage time, budget and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team; and able to perform under pressure;
- Experience in identifying customer drivers, buying and decision-making behaviour;
- Familiar with using visualizing tools to convert data into graphics;
- Ability to convert data into actionable insight;
- Experience in successfully managing marketing and campaign strategies with significant strengths in digital marketing (Intensive experience in digital marketing is desired);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
