Digital Marketing Staff (Express)

- Advertise and promote Express services through social networking channels such as Facebook, Zalo, Kakaotalk as well as other online platforms. Recommend services to customers and monitor the order management process.

- Identify potential customers in Vietnam, Korea and other countries who need to use Express delivery services.

- Research the e-commerce market.

- Monitor order status in coordination with partners and manage collection and payment arrangements.

- Update order processing regulations regularly

- Support performing order processing tasks such as creating invoices, updating shipment status and other related activities.

- Support customer service and other tasks as directed by management.

- Priority is given to candidates with marketing experience, especially selling products or services through FB pages/groups, Zalo groups, Kakaotalk and other online platforms.

- Have at least 1 year of experience working at Express delivery companies.

- Graduated from college or higher majoring in economics, e-commerce, import-export.

- Intermediate English.

- Careful, honest, eager to learn, hardworking, good communication skills.
