Job Description

Be one of members of Digital Marketing Team, with significant responsibility. This is a high-growth when working in a digital marketing environment.
The job holder is full responsible and accountable for planning, managing and implementing marketing activities on online channels.

1. Digital marketing project management
- Manage agencies to deliver smooth execution and outcomes
- Define action plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including Search (SEO/SEM), email marketing, social media, website management, display advertising campaigns and automation marketing
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals KPIs
- Research and explore new Online Digital Marketing Platform & Consumer Application as well as measure cost effectiveness
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Prepare and preview materials for media campaign (banner, social post, email MKT, Ad networks)
- Work closely with advertising agency on these ads’ channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Skype from planning to execution.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marcom, Design) from planning to execution.
- Make report for projects.

2. HR digital marketing project consultant
- Consult and handle Q&A to Sales team regarding the project information

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Digital Media)
- 3 years of professional marketing experience
- Media optimization experience in agency is a plus.
