The Digital Partnerships Senior Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, concluding and managing revenue generating digital partnerships outside or across MB ecosystem
** Key Responsibilities
- Pitching partnership opportunities to targeted digital businesses, that reflects the strategic value MBAL can bring to the partner and partner’s customers
- Structuring, negotiating and executing partnership deals taking the lead on certain deals and supporting the Ecosystem & digital partner development and revenue exploitation Dept on other deals
- Managing internal stakeholders to ensure each partnership is supported by a clear set of objectives that reflect the interests of all relevant MBAL stakeholders
- Account Managing specified partnerships, being the end to end and single point of contact and ensuring a strong relationship is established and there is a robust performance management framework to support each partnership’s objectives and KPI’s
- Reporting on progress both in terms of deal pipeline, and performance of completed deals.
- Initiation for continuous enhancement after new partner onboarding
- Performing market research and competitor research including but not limited to: digital sales procedure, products…
- Taking part in product/product package design with Product Solution department
- Taking part in digital projects
- Other tasks as required of line manager

- Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years business experience with related sales and management experience in insurance or services industry
