Digital Product Management Specialist/Senior Specialist (Product Owner)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborating with prospective users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements (IZIon24 application & other technology-related projects)

• Developing user stories and oversee all stages of product creation including design and development

• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements

• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

• Liaising with the digital product team and other stakeholders to deliver updates

• Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap

• Frequently market research and keep track of industry trends on product innovation

• Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for leadership as required.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Business Administration or related fields.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in digital product management.

• We also welcome potential candidates with proven project management experience.

• Experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle, from concept to delivery.

• Experience in mobile application development is a strong advantage.

• Experience in the Fintech, Insurance, or Insurtech industry is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex information accurately and with attention to detail.

• Able to identify product defects and proactively work to mitigate them.

• Skilled in conducting market research and delivering well-structured, actionable presentations.

• Good communication & project management skills.

• Strong business acumen.

• Highly disciplined and self-motivated.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
