Digital Product Strategy & Development Specialist - Banca

OBJECTIVES

Implement & execute systems for digital products by understanding software application opportunities and issues. Also to coordinate with vendors, software developers in producing timely and accurate solutions so that technology applications are used & supported to its fullest extent and are in line with business requirement. Prepare and implement all BRD’s and have them sent to the concerned stakeholders.

COMMUNICATION

To liaise with all internal stakeholders to be a coordinator and implementer on all assigned tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate with partners and internal to negotiate, build and develop credit life/ credit shield insurance for lending/ credit card products and other digital products that can be co related to the sales distribution channel and the line of business

2. Deploy digital insurance products with appropriate initeries; improve product competitiveness and efficiency while minimizing risks

3. Take ownership of bundle products right from products specs, process, system and compliance tasks to ensure that there is no issue in the bundle strategy and execution.

4. Prepare clear and concise business requirement documents based on business and company direction for vendor to develop. Ensure proper tracking of all CRs / Enhancements and other requests in a structured and organised manner.

5. Responsible for testing (UAT) every enhancement / CR / development from business side prior to moving to production. Maintain the level of urgency and agreed timelines for deployment. Also, perform daily checks on all the applications (production environment) to ensure smooth functioning of the business activities

6. Actively support all different sales functions / business users in proactively answering any queries / doubts regards to digital products .

7. Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

University graduate or above, majors: Finance – Banking, Economics, Business Administration or related majors.

At least 02 years’ experiences in same position, preferably working experience in Insurance, Banking, Finance Industry.

Solid knowledge in: Programming languages , database management systems, Point of Sales (POS), CRM, E-Commerce systems; Business processes, especially in insurance field.

Resolve problems skills.

Good communication skills in verbal and written skills & fluency both in English and Vietnamese.

Well-organized, careful, self-driven, dynamic and creative.

Accuracy, pay attention to details.

Ability to work under high pressure, resolve problems skills and adapt to the new environment
