Digital Project Manager (Web & App Projects)

- Office hours: 9:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday

* JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

- Lead end-to-end management of website, software, and digital marketing projects.

- Translate business needs into clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.

- Collaborate with clients/ stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, timelines, and budgets.

- Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Review wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to align with user needs and business goals.

- Oversee wireframes, UI/UX feedback, and CMS/.website/application/digital marketing development and implementation.

- Ensure websites and app/digital platforms are optimized for performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness.

- Monitor milestones, manage risks, and resolve blockers.

- Document processes, ensure quality assurance, and manage post-launch maintenance/improvements.

- Coordinating internal and external resources.

- Managing timeline, deadline, and resources effectively.

- Monitoring all projects progress and make adaptations as required.

- Ensuring all projects meet deadlines and stay within budget.

- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review.

- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for management.

- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.

- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.

- Managing large and diverse teams.

* QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Media, or related fields.

- 3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects involving web and mobile app development.

- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum project management.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams in building and launching mobile apps (iOS/Android).

- Familiar with mobile frameworks (e.g. React Native, Flutter) and native development process.

- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to evaluate design deliverables.

- Experience working with CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Headless CMS) and backend/API integration.

- Proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar PM tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure.

- Experience with App Store and Google Play submission/release process is a plus.

- Experience with user analytics and app performance monitoring tools is a plus.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor communication.

- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

- Capacity to manage high stress situations.

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- High-level written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with international teams and clients.

- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

* Bonus:

- Experience in a digital agency or working with international clients (US/Europe).

- Holding certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master (PSM I/II) and Product Owner (CSPO) is highly valued.
