Job Description

In this role, you will:

- Contribute to the development of an understanding of consumer behavior which provides insight into potential commercialization or revenue generation opportunities
- Help to identify new opportunities for digital revenue generation and develop business plans
- Supports the determination of activation solutions and the evaluation of those solutions, the creation of a best performance execution plan and tracking the results of the delivery
- Leading all sales management activity for online channels – credit card will be a primary product but doing online cross sale is also within the scope.
+ Coordinate with local and regional stakeholders to optimize, track and measure end-to-end digital sale funnel on daily, weekly and monthly basis
+ Coordinate with Public website management to drive organic leads through SEO and organic traffic
Together with local stakeholders to drive better actionable leads, and higher conversion rate
+ Continue track and improve straight through process of Rocket.
+ Understand and on-top of Rocket incident and operation take charge of the Rocket operation, BAU, product in order to proactively solve problems and give consultancy to sale agents upon issues occurs.
+ Generate weekly and monthly dashboard for management team.
+ Join quarterly Digital Forum to deliver good case study of sale and digital knowledge sharing to team leaders and managers of Wealth & Personal Banking.

Job Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Having minimum 8 year of working experience in digital sale of banking or finance industry or relevant experience in FMCG.
- Having working experiences related to online sale - goal oriented, action taken in timely manner and accountable.
- Should be familiar with the principle of digital transformation, digital media and business streamlining.
- Having media, ecommerce background is a plus; however, any digital sale experiences are welcomed to apply
Bachelor degree is minimum requirement; any major is welcome (Commercialization, Trading and Technology, digital technical support or eCommerce should be a plus)
