PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This is a dedicated role that is accountable for digital ebusiness to support digital product team prioritize & solve key business impact & painpoint, close the gap between business acumen & digital solution, deliver efficient solution in line with customer need in term of cost, timeline
Job Purpose:

The Digital Strategy & Adoption Manager (eB2B) is a dedicated role being accountable for digital eBusiness to support digital product team prioritize & solve key business impact & painpoint, close the gap between business acumen & digital solution, deliver efficient solution in line with customer need in term of cost, timeline

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Business Intellegence for Digital Innovation & Development

Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new products or services
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes to improve efficiency or effectiveness
Gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to identify problems and suggest solutions
Conducting analyses of data and reports to identify opportunities for new business ventures or improvements to existing processes or offerings
Participating in discussion sessions with commercial to identify potential opportunities and risks
Performing market visit for collecting feedbacks on digital painpoint/needs/opputinity for value generation

2 - Digital Product Requirements

Responsible for consolidating all business requirement for key digital product development,
Reviewing & documenting comprehensive E2E business process, user story, user flow for right digital product development
Supporting & coordinating on prioritization, providing input on business priority & impact for digital backlog
Balancing between user need/painpoint & efficient digital solution, ensuring speed of delivery & optimal cost
Coordinating with global team, ebusiness team, regional team on the product capability needs, ensure the support & resource involvement in critical product enablers

3 - Change & Communication Lead for Digital Product

Supporting UAT, providing the knowledge transfer for business & end-user
Preparing digital operational process, guideline to ensure smooth product operation & adoption
Identifying key product & NWOW risks, coordinating, involving all relavent stakeholders aware & preppared for new WOW
Facilitating & coordinating with business lead for digital product deployment
Pariticipating commercial forum/drumbeats to provide product updates/communication
Collecting user feedbacks & conducting assessment on key digital products
Working with support team to receive product operation insights & issues
Arranging deepdive, group discussion to facilitiate problem indentification, brandstorming

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Key Requirements:

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline
Good command in English, both written and spoken
5+ years of working experience in the related BA/PO/Digital positions
3+ years in FMCG industry, 2+ years experience in digital product development
Proven experience in working with diversed board of stakeholders.
Excellent in communication & presentation
Strong problem solving & solution-driven mindset
High degree of resilience and an ability to deal with ambiguity, stress and the ability to shape future product vision
Analytic & Reporting, data driven mindset
Knowledge in Customer Experience Management, UX/UI
Able to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders through credibility, trust, and rapport at all levels, both within and outside of the organisation
Strong understanding of business and processes
Navigate senior relationships and support effective decision making throughout the products
