Mô tả công việc
1. Underwrite and issue personal insurance (accident & auto) via digital channels, ensuring compliance with company policies and underwriting rules.
2. Support and optimize automated underwriting and issuance processes on digital platforms.
3. Analyze underwriting data (approval rates, loss ratios) and recommend process improvements.
4. Provide consulting and solutions to internal teams and digital channel partners.
5. Deliver training and share knowledge on products, underwriting rules, and digital systems.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related field.
2. 3–5 years’ experience in personal lines underwriting; digital platform experience preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of products and processes, good data analysis and communication skills.
4. Proficient in English or Chinese; Excel, SQL, Power BI skills a plus.
5. Relevant insurance underwriting or claims certifications preferred.
