-Manage daily activities of Direct Sales channel including supporting staffs to persuade & sell products & services;
-Cooperate with the related departments to develop & execute new sales marketing strategies when required, develop new products/services as missions.
Planning / Budgeting
• Propose & develop business plans & strategies to acquire new customers & maximize sales volume as part of overall sales strategy
• Monitor action plan of direct sales channel to ensure reaching yearly targets plan.
• Monitor budget within direct sales channel to ensure their operation is sufficient
• Ensure direct sales team’s compliance with company’s policies & regulations
• Manage daily activities of direct sales channel to persuade & sell company’s products & services to customers.
• Ensure all staffs can understand customer’s needs as well as market’s trends to sell products & services sufficiently
• Regularly follow up actual changes of market to propose appropriate solutions
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 08 years’ experiences working in Consumer Finance, Banking, FMCG, Retail or related area
At least 06 years in managerial position
Deep understanding of banking products & services
Strong communication skill
Independent in work, customer focused & goal driven
Ability to work under high pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Fluent in Vietnamese & English
