Build and communicate a comprehensive growth plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals, including both marketing and partnership.
* Negotiate new partnerships with potential partners in order to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
* Manage relationships with existing partners in order to ensure that they are satisfied with the results of our collaboration and/ or identify opportunities for improvement.
Marketing: Research our competitors, learn the market to develop marketing strategies to grow the revenue.
* Lead, develop and inspire the team to achieve our goals.
* Work with a variety of stakeholders across category management, finance, marketing, operations and customer services to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly.
* Bachelor degree or above, more than 7 years working with B2B partners in e-commerce industry.
* Have understanding and connection with big FMCG brands is a big plus.
* Strong at growth marketing and business development.
* Strategic and logical thinking is preferred.
* Experience of working for both start-up and big corporation. The candidate must have the can-do-attitude and proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication both Vietnamese and English.
