Director, Digital OOH Market Expansion

Lead strategy and execution of both short- and long-term investment plans in LED/LCD OOH advertising.

Manage all aspects of DOOH development: from asset acquisition and partner negotiations to product development and content distribution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, partners, and government agencies to support investment and legal operations.

Oversee production and media teams to ensure project delivery, installation, and content airing meet quality, legal, and business standards.

Manage departmental structure, recruitment, training, and performance aligned with company objectives.

7+ years in media, advertising, or marketing, including 5+ years in OOH investment or development.

Proven experience with OOH vendors, media agencies, and public-sector collaboration.

Solid leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of programmatic DOOH is a strong advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related fields (MBA is a plus).

Strong English communication skills.
