Mô Tả Công Việc
• Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Duties
• Active participant to set human resources and administration procedures to meet legal requirements and company strategies and objectives;
• Manages department overall responsibilities and activities in respect of the given budget;
• Follows up and manages human resources of Company in terms of planning, recruiting, training, performance, and staff development;
• Supervises employee(s) status change process (promotion, demotion, transfer, resignation, termination);
• Reviews and approves decision letter & offer letter according to company guidance;
• Monitors the efficiency of the recruiting process and make appropriates changes;
• Implements and follow up HR programs and training activities;
• Liaises with Labor, insurance and other local authorities;
• Counsels employees and managers about HR staff management policies and procedures;
• Assures Labor relations in mutual respect of company objectives and employees (Labor contracts, Social & Health Insurance);
• -Supervises the HR administration to ensure local employee's benefits are competitive and payments are made according to the HR policies and legal compliance;
• Handles recruitment and selection for specific positions with other managers and/or department's heads;
• Conducts some interviews (selection, exit, problem solving, performance, etc.)
• Assists Human Resources Director to improve systems and processes of the company;
• Update and Conduct new employees' orientation training program;
• Delivers training programs related to HR performance and/or Company policies and procedures;
• Reviews and Approves regional salary report (monthly);
• Calculate the salary monthly;
• Follows up employees salary reviews;
• Assists other manager(s) for problems solving regarding employees;
• Solves any arising problem with employees;
• Proposes plan to develop company's human resources;
• Welcomes government delegations;
• Reviews internal communication (memos, documents) and assures professionalism of all external communication.
• Makes and/or delegate necessary administration procedures & documents (i.e. work permit, visa, passport, business license, company legal structure telephone systems, internet, etc)
• Plans and Controls office budget & equipment (including stationary);
• Manages & Supervises subordinate staffs;
- Executes any other task requested by superior.
