* In charge of the operation and strategy of brand/consumer, trade & PR function of the company.
* Lead the marketing department in systems and process development to improve output.
* Manage Brand Owners including development and execution of initiatives, deliver yearly AOP, monthly financial and strategy report.
* Managing cost relating to marketing/PR agencies for BTL/ATL activities.
* Collaborates cross-functions to ensure a seamless brand & brand owner experience
* Drive BAU Operations of the Marketing Function while working closely with Leadership to ensure company success
* Planning & analyze launching events, activation events and other marketing activity and maintain good process for performance reporting
* Forecast planning, strategy for price, packing and margin. Develop trade spending and distribution goals to develop clear, SMART KPI's.
* Hire talents, develop and coach a young and dynamic team including mentorship, career path progression to ensure talent pipeline and healthy culture
* Bachelor of Business, Marketing, communication, or related fields.
* 3-4 years of similar experience in Alcohol/Tobacco/Beverage industry
* Motivated individuals with great leadership, planning ability with team building experience and managing budgets
* Flexible, adaptive, and resilient leader
* Strong experience with both brand/consumer and field trade marketing
* Proficient in English, willing to travel and site visit
