In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
Strong client management, problem solving and organization skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of Hyatt products in respective market, rates and marketing programs
Good PC/MS Office skills. Knowledge of Meeting Broker is advantageous
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers' senior management
Flexible working approach
Display an understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Establishes goals and objectives, sets performance targets and timely delivery of projects
Ability in report writing and strong presentation skills
Qualifications
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
University graduate with a degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Experience:
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in sales
Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales or Associate Director of Sales.
