Mô tả công việc
- Provide strategic leadership for the SSC in alignment with the school’s mission.
- Design and manage programs supporting student growth in:
Learning Support (LSC)
University & Career Counseling (UCC)
Learning Skills Development
Social & Emotional Learning (SEL)
- Promote cross-department collaboration and expand extracurricular opportunities.
- Develop and implement policies for student support, development, and inclusion.
- Monitor service quality and student satisfaction through regular feedback.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all SSC programs.
- Partner with school leadership on budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with educational laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Foster an inclusive school culture where all students feel supported and empowered.
- Serve as a core member of the school leadership team, contributing to holistic student development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the school leadership.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard SSC staff.
- Provide professional development for faculty and staff.
- Conduct research on best practices in student development and support.
- Represent the school at workshops, conferences, and external engagements.
Yêu cầu công việc
● Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
● Master's degree in education, counseling, or a related field preferred.
● Experience in a leadership role in a K-12 school setting.
● Experience in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that support student learning and development.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with other areas within the school.
● Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to student development and support.
● Strong leadership and management skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to set clear and appropriate targets, feedback to students and staff and make use of assessment information to promote each student’s attainment and progress, and to plan future lessons and training
● Willingness to attend training associated within the needs of the school setting
