II. JOB SUMMARY
Being in responding to building disaster control tasks to providing smooth and good services for tenants.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of building systems and services specialized in (building electric system; safety and disaster control).
- Ensure that Facilities Maintenance and Environmental Management is maintained for Lotte Center Hanoi compliance with Vietnam regulation.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team of Facility Management staff ensuring that staffs are in place, all staff have job descriptions, objectives and personal development plans that support the needs of the individual.
- Support for Team leader and coordinated team member to archived team yearly KPI plan.
- Making report and report direct to team leader for operation cost and emergency solution plan.
- Response and making report based on headquarters requests.
- Timely making report in Korean as order from Team leader.

- Support other department activities as required.

Full - time 40 hour/week
Admin shift: 8:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Friday
- Gender: Male
- Nationality: Korean or Vietnamese can speak Korean fluently.
- University degree
- Problem-solving skills;
- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations;
- Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards;
- Good personal presentation skill, computer skill (Excel, word, PPT).
- Having 10 experience in building facility management is required.
- Appearance: standard.
