Job Description

Job title: Executive
Department: OP/DS
Report to: Distribution Admin & Support AM

Job purpose: Provide excellent experience to sales forces thru Administrating contests, Follow-up pending items, C&B payments to producers (income, bonus, incentives and rewards services).

1. Key duties/Responsibilities:

Distribution Income & Incentive:
- Generate sales performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually);
- Calculate sales incentives according to sales compensation plans and policies, ensuring incentive calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner;
- Provide data in terms of key drivers, high level performance summary and allocated APE/ANP to support related functions;
- Update sales compensation system with actual sales results, individual quotas, producer information, and compensation plan information;
- Build-up related work-flow/manual in case of new process;
- Produce frequently campaign tracking and results for all levels of distribution channels;
- Prepare data and support for KPI performance for seller;
- Proactively identify trends and developments across sales compensation plans;
- Payment process & track deductions (VAT, Income, Bonuses ...);
- Complete ad hoc analysis, as requested by management across the commercial functions;

Distribution Services & Supports:
- Prepare and send-out related correspondence/follow-up...to Sales team and track the delivery accurately and timely;
- Answer and log incoming calls from seller (LBS/ICM/DA…) related to C&B scheme;
- Assists with sales competitions and incentive programs;
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scenarios and follow up with IT for fixing defects reported;
- Coordinate with IT department in system enhancements related to DS;
- Monitor services quality and productivity to ensure fast and accurate process and cost efficiency;
- Perform other related duties as assigned/required.
Qualifications/Education:
- University Degree Economics/Trade/Finance/Banking/Insurance/Technology/IT
- Preferably with LOMA fundamental qualification (280/290/301)

Job Requirements

Working experiences:
- At least 03-05 years in related insurance experience and C&B process for distribution;
- Distribution services to multi-channels with Sales management system experience preferred;
- Knowledge of policy management/life insurance application (Life-Asia preferred).

Competencies:
- Customer service oriented & Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) ;
- Good time management skill, and able to prioritize work to ensure efficiency;
- Has a positive attitude and is a fast learner;
- Able to work under high pressure environment and able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Ability to process requests with accuracy and deliver within service standards;
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities/task when assigned.
