• Conduct distributor assessments to identify the suitable candidates
• Present distributor model of AkzoNobel to candidates
• Develop business case for the assign territory
• Summit proposal to MCMs
• Set up territory, account planning, coverage plan and calls frequency
• Set up warehouse, office, tinting room
• Set up SMART system and support distributor to set up back-end support
• Transition plan/execute the plan of convert direct sales to distributor
• Announce distributor to trade
• Provide SMART system training to distributor.
• Product knowledge
• Selling process – BCP
• Records and reports
• Inventory management
• Provide support, method and tools to DS to support them in operating distributors.
• Oversee the selection, development and recruitment staffs
• Provide training & coaching to DSRs, sales admin
• Do distributor assessment
• Re-enforce regulation and compliance to distributor
• Deploy/monitor HSE-S performance of staffs or location
• Risk management through BBSA
• Ensure the defensive riding training are carried out as per policy
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Good communication in English both oral and writing
• Minimum 5 years in sales experience
• Minimum 3 years in distributor management experience in with proven ability to manage and lead team
• Supply chain basic experience is advantage
• Good communication skills
• Willing to travel and work extended hours
• Working individually and with team
