1. Distributor Management
- Work with distributors to achieve sales targets in each Business Unit.
- Support to create distributor’s action plan to maximize their capability and check PDCA status for the target hospital.
- Support promotional activity not only for doctors but also for all stakeholders by accompanying distributor staff in their territory. (Implementation of OJT for distributor staff)
- Update PCL timely and accurately on a regular basis to support improving sales forecast.
- Liaise between clinical application staff and distributor sales members.
- Follow up on buying process with the distributor except for pricing tasks, and tender information collection.
- Work with the distributor to confirm the monthly delivery forecast to SCM. Also, follow up on the progress of delivery to avoid any delayed delivery to the hospital
- Support manager in terms of reporting of distributor for the monthly meeting.
2. Market research
- Visualize the market in collaboration with the distributor by combining the market research and hospital visit activity to collect the asset information as much as possible. Update the market visualization information for Marketing Department on a monthly basis.
- Analyze competition by gathering current market information on pricing, and products, and provide information to Marketing Department to take timely action.
3. Marketing Department support
- Follow up customer requests on the products in the event.
- Reinforce the strategic support for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) & key societies.
4. Others
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
