Your Roles:

• Will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling various initiatives, including performance target definition, data analysis, and territory management. Collaborate closely with the team to implement effective strategies that drive performance and meet our objectives.

• Will manage the performance budget and expenses, oversee tender management, and coordinate marketing program implementations. Expertise will also extend to key account management and ensuring high levels of customer service and distribution efficiency.

• Be responsible for coaching and developing the field force staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and market knowledge to excel. Leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and guiding the team's business strategy.

Who You Are:

• Graduated with a degree in Pharmacy or Doctor.

• Good Communication in English (TOEIC > 600).

• Have thorough knowledge of the Pharmaceutical market.

• At least 4-6 years in the Pharmaceutical market and 2 years of successful experience in a similar role in an international company.

• Strong customer relationships in the pharmaceutical markets.

• Have good experience in field force management & territory management.

• Experienced in territories management in the Pharma Industry.

• Be result-oriented & customer-focused, well organized, honest, strong in interpersonal, teamwork and deal with conflict constructively.

• Have a good management mind.

• Good in planning and execution: have the ability to initiate, plan, manage, make things happen & lead change, be an analytical thinker, a proactive decision maker, a good motivator.
