Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
2. Work in partnership with relationship managers to provide advice on complex customer enquiries and to keep up to date on the offering of any new banking products.
3. Work in partnership with Relationship Managers and Product Offices to understand unique transaction and investigate solutions and support the development of transaction processing solutions.
4. Work in partnership with external customers to support and resolve customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
5. Work in partnership with the wider operations team for information sharing and to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Provide guidance and support to less experienced members of the team.
7. Provide input into local operations processes and workflows to deliver best practice, efficiency and mitigate risk.
8. Review and approve all daily transactions in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations.
9. Perform the checking process on complex operational issues, escalated by the less experienced members of the team.
10. Prepare reports including but not limited to SBV reports, internal reports, incident reports.
11. Support to investigate any incidents within the department.
12. Coordinate information to respond in a timely matter to auditors and regulators.
13. Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
14. Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
15. Support internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required
16. Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
17. Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines

1. Knowledge: 3-year experience in domestic remittance; local regulations related to domestic remittance, account opening; CITAD & E-Bank; e-Tax.
2. Skills: Document Reviewing; Communication; Time Management; People Management; Problem Solving & Logical Thinking; Planning & Organizing; Teamwork; Influencing; Coaching & Mentoring.
