Mô Tả Công Việc
We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant (Controlling) who would be in charge of:
1. Ensure KTBR (Keep The Business Running) and Operation Excellent for in-charge SAP modules:
- Assure efficient troubleshooting to quickly and within SLA return to normal functioning
- The provision of high-quality services in the areas of service request fulfillment, technical consulting, incident and problem management, change management, CIP, IT compliance, emergency planning, customer satisfaction, etc.
2. Manage SAP project and participant:
- roll-out of central projects for controlling SAP components (includes transfer, upgrade, integration, removal of processes in responsible areas, user acceptance test, data migration, perform integration test, documentation, user training, etc.)
- Make ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with the scope of work, on schedule, and within the budget (time, budget, capacity, etc.)
3. Ensure CIP for in charge services (Continuous Improvement):
- Make CIP solutions for standardization and optimization
- Continuous assessment, SAP process health-checks for the designated factories, and tight collaboration with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities (cost reduction, efficiency, automation etc.)
- Validate and back up PIA (Process Improvement Activities)
4. Manage knowledge:
- Knowledge of BBM standard processes (PID) and functional details, ability to comprehend business needs and spot deviations, and ongoing learning about responsibility areas or those where an organization has a need to provide quality services
- Conduct effective knowledge transfer to end users, key users, proxy users, or at the assignment to enable services, secure operation, and maintain/improve service quality

1. Education:
- Bachelor of Economics or Information Technology required
- Nice to have an SAP CO Certificate
2. Work experiences:
- At least 3 – 5 years working in SAP CO module and Controlling processes: PPC (Product Cost Planning & Controlling), OPC (Overhead Cost Planning & Controlling), and RPC (Result Planning & Controlling)
- SAP CO module integration with FI, PP, SD, MM, and PM
- SAP background work scheduling expertise
- Knowledge about SAP ECC6. S/4HANA expertise is a major plus
- Being familiar with Power BI Dashboards is a big bonus
- Experience implementing or rolling out full-cycle SAP projects is a plus
3. Traits and Skills:
- Using English effectively for international collaboration
- An emphasis on quality, results, and customers

- Solving issues; Project management
- An excellent team player and cooperative. Take part in teambuilding exercises for the team and the business
