Mô Tả Công Việc
We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant (PPM Module) to process these duties:
1. Ensure the Keep the Business Running (KTBR) and Operation Excellence for in-charge SAP module(s)
- Ensure effective troubleshooting to resume normal operation ASAP and within SLA
- Offer high-quality services in the areas of service request fulfillment, technical consulting, incident and problem management, change management, CIP, IT compliance, emergency planning, customer satisfaction, etc.
2. SAP Project Management & Participant
- Launch core projects for the leading SAP modules (includes upgrade, integration, transfer, removal of processes in responsible areas, data migration, perform integration test, user acceptance test, documentation, user training, etc.)
- Make ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with the scope of work, on schedule, and within the budget (time, budget, capacity, etc.)
3. Ensure Continuous Improvement for in charge services
- Review operations frequently and collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify possibilities for improvement (cost reduction, efficiency, automation etc.)
- CIP solutions for standardization and optimization should be developed and implemented
- Verify and back up PIA (Process Improvement Activities)
4. Knowledge Management
- Training: Transfer high-quality knowledge to end users, key users, proxies, or task locations to allow services, ensure operation security, and maintain or increase service quality
- Learning: Continuously increase your understanding of responsible topics or those where a company needs to provide quality services

1. Education
- Graduated in Business Administration, IT or Economics
2. Work Experience
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in SAP CO and/or PS module
- Familiar with SAP ECC6, nice to have S/4HANA
- Expertise in future planning, current forecasting, and related fields, as well as in regulating R&D costs
- Experience with full-cycle SAP projects that have been implemented or rolled out is preferred
3. Traits and Skills
- English communication that is effective for international cooperation
- Trouble shooting skill
- An excellent team player and cooperative. Take part in teambuilding exercises for the team and the business
- Able to travel as necessary (for a project, training, or cross-site support)
