We are looking for a Senior DSP and IT Infrastructure engineer who would take responsibilities as below:
1. DSP – Data security Professional: Ensure IT compliance for our user departments' IT systems, particularly ITM/ITL and ISP (Information Security & Privacy) (IT for Manufacturing & Laboratory)
- Manage the IT system and user departments' authorization and identity management (AIM)
- Coordinate initiatives and activities relating to IT compliance. Ensure users are aware of IT compliance through training and communication
- Assure compliance with ISP (Information Security and Privacy). Maintain documentation and procedures that are IT compliant. Perform self-checks and audits relating to IT compliance
2. IT Infra Engineer: IT infrastructure protection for our Departments, Inc. ITM/ITL
- Make sure that the IT infrastructure, which includes servers, workstations, a database, networking, and other IT equipment, operates flawlessly and 24 hours a day
- Fulfill service requests, provide technical advice, manage incidents and problems, and implement change for plant's IT infrastructure
- Accountable for project management, IT asset management, DRP/BCP, budgeting, and ongoing quality improvement for responsible services

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in IT industry
- Professional credentials from Microsoft, Cisco, or Oracle are a plus
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable field of work Frontend/backend operation management for IT infrastructure. Strong pluses include IT Security Management and/or Oracle/ SQL DB administration
- Knowledge of IT Security Administration, IT Infrastructure Administration, including Windows Server & Client OS, Networking, VMware server
- Suitable documents and ITIL expertise
- Effective communication in English & Vietnamese (verbal and non-verbal)
- Collaboration with clients, partners, and suppliers that is efficient and seamless
- An excellent team player and cooperative. Take part in teambuilding exercises for the team and the business
- Discipline. Integrity. Disagree but commit
- Reasoning analytically. Ability to study on one's own and impart knowledge
- Customer Orientation. Result Orientation. Quality. Cost sensitivity
- Able to travel as necessary (for projects, training, or cross-site support)
