Dong Nai Branch Director-Retail Brokerage

Job Purpose

To represent MSVN in the Dong Nai Branch- Successful candidate must be located in Dong Nai.

To run and manage the business activities in Dong Nai Branch for MSVN.

To develop and monitor the dealers and customers network in order to expand the market share of MSVN

Ensure all of operations processes were followed in line with the Company’s process.

Recruitment, training, development human resources in Dong Nai Branch.

Evaluate competencies to analyze data, create ideas, propose, tracking and adjusting any program, promotion to motivate team member and engage MSVN’s client for growth.

Principal Accountabilities

*Manage business activities

- In charge in P/L of the Dong Nai Branch.

- In charge in business management of Dong Nai Branch.

- Gather market information, competitive status, etc. in the management area; through analyzing and offering business solutions to ensure efficient use of resources and help maintain and grow market competitiveness.

- Expand client network in - Manage the IT, people management (if any) in the branch.

*Recruitment activities

- Find and recruit any potential Investment Consultant and Sales.

- Training, tracking, developing, motivating Branch’s staff.

- Ensure all of staff understand of MSVN’s culture, vision and core value.

- Ensure all of sales / IC staff meet their monthly / quarterly / yearly targets.

*Comply in running operation process

- Knowledge in regulation requirement and company process.

- Ensure all operation process run in Dong Nai Branch will be comply with regulation and company.

- Report any abnormal transaction of client / staff in branch to Center office.

- Avoid human error of operation staff.

- Manage the IT, HR staff (if any) in the Dong Nai Branch.

*Enhance the image of MSVN in Dong Nai Branch

- Run and manage all activities to enhance the image of MSVN in the local.

- Propose any investment to increase MSVN’ brand in the specific location (Dong Nai Branch).

- Ensure professional image of Branch’s staff.

*Manage in term of credit risk

- Propose special margin loan to specific client (including individual and institutional client).

- Ensure relationship with all of listed companies at Dong Nai Branch.

- Tracking and managing margin activities of Branch’s clients to manage in credit risk.

Qualification

- Candidate must be resident in Dong Nai province.

- Bachelor/Master Degree

- Stock brokerage license is required

- Comprehend the financial/economic knowledge

- Over 05 year of experience in relevant financial fields like stock/brokerage, banking, auditing, …

- Grasp business law to manage the branch
