I. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Recruitment process

- Controlling recruitment news in different platforms

- Controlling talent database, arranging interview schedule and conducting screening interview

- Conducting recruitment activities at universities: build strong relationship with universities, keep in touch with related faculty and give presentations

- Proactively proposing solutions for improving recruitment process

2. Internal HR process

- Supporting in new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs

- Ensuring the regulation compliance of employees

- Cooperating with other departments to record new employee’s evaluation

- Preparing information to fulfill HR reports

3. Admin tasks:

- Organizing and maintaining personnel records, updating internal databases and preparing HR documents

- Conducting timekeeping records, social insurance information and related issues

- Other related tasks assigned

II. WHAT WE NEED:

- Have background knowledge in Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, and other related majors, less than 3-year experience (fresh graduates are preferred)

- Positive and strong personality

- Enjoy working with people and have ability to build relationships

- Be ethical and discipline in working and taking decision

- Good communication, transparency and ability to talk with people of different levels.

- Passion and enthusiasm in accomplishing organizational goals

- Basic English level
