1. Researching Market and Developing products - Well understanding and updating new trends of both domestic and overseas Ceramic market - Researching new products from Torrecid group and seeking solutions to apply in reality - Researching and developing new products with team monthly - Developing new products for projects with other departments - Researching equipment, machines and solutions to launch new product in reality - Developing products and glaze at customer’s factory 2. Managing – Operating Department equipment. - Well understanding about technology, technique and equipment to support for department’s duties: ball mill, glazing line, lab equipment - Researching new solutions, procedures to achieve excellent results by optimizing the operation and the productivity of equipment - Managing and operating plotter printer - Managing, operating glazing line and relevant equipment 3. Technical support - Support in technique issues for other departments according to assignments provided by line manager - Support in samples, glaze or materials preparation to research and develop products 4. Managing VIP & Showroom - Preparing products and sample tiles for VIP - Managing equipment and displaying sample tiles in VIP and showroom - Receiving requests from head of department to prepare showroom and VIP atmosphere to welcome company’s guesses

- Have a knowledge background about Materials Technology, Chemistry or related majors (fresh graduates are preferred) - Passion with technical jobs - Able to work in both office and factory areas - Able to work with high ambitious target - Teamwork and independent work abilities - Critical thinking, analysis ability and continuous improvement orientation - Basic English level
