Draftsman

**Duties and Responsibilities**

• Main Responsibilities:

- Prepare sketches and detailed technical drawings, designs for mechanical and electrical systems.

- Prepare and estimates BOQ for the projects.

- Use design software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, … to create detailed technical drawings, shop drawings and construction drawings for MEP projects.

- Ensure drawings and designs comply with technical standards, regulations, and project requirements.

- Review and modify drawings when there are design changes or customer requirements.

• Collaboration:

- Work closely with engineers and related departments to understand technical requirements and make necessary design adjustments.

• Other tasks:

- Research and update modern design trends and tools.

- Ensure project deadlines and the quality of delivered products are met.

- Priority for who can join us immediately

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Systems or related fields.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the same position in an advantage.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up and other relevant design software.

• Knowledge of technical standards, codes, and regulations in MEP and construction industries.

• Effective time management and teamwork skills.
