*** Overall Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for effective application of Data Color System (MATCH TEXTILE & TOOLS) in
• Color control for mass production
• Color formulation for dyeing recipe improvement
• Color formulation for Dye-to-match and new product development
- To be responsible for monitoring the effective application of standard operation procedures (SOP) in the Dye lab
*** Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining color control system
- Responsible for color quality, DTM attempts achieved as target
- Compile, translate and manage the technical training documents for Dye lab
- Arrange the color training for Dye lab Team and New Staff and other associates
- To support QD functions in handling customer complaints related to color
- Lead/ participate in improvement projects relating to color
- Continuously improve process in LAB

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from the University or at least the Vocational College of Textile processing with the major in dyeing & finishing or another related field.
- At least 5-10 years' experience in related role
- Experience color management in thread production
- Good knowledge of color physics and especially the impact of color views and judgment
- Good knowledge about yellow/green belt six sigma
- Good English with 4 skills
- Good management skills
- Working hour: Mon - Fri (07:30 AM - 04:15 PM)
- Have shuttle bus for Bien Hoa, Binh Duong, HCMC route
- At least 5-10 years' experience in related role
- Experience color management in thread production
- Good knowledge of color physics and especially the impact of color views and judgment
- Good knowledge about yellow/green belt six sigma
- Good English with 4 skills
- Good management skills
- Working hour: Mon - Fri (07:30 AM - 04:15 PM)
- Have shuttle bus for Bien Hoa, Binh Duong, HCMC route
