A digital sales & marketing executive is in charge of:
• Responsible for building sales strategies based on company’s direction
• Develop and manage sales & marketing plans for the company's sales channels (Website, Shopee, Tiki, Lazada)
• Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on digital media channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, ...)
• Design, build and maintain company presence e.g., website, social media, e-com platforms, etc. from the design, content & UI/UX standpoint.
• Work closely with agencies and collaborative partners
• Building strategies to maintain and develop CRM database and other non-paid channels
• Continuously update user insights as well as changes on digital media to adjust and optimize marketing strategies
• Contribute to product development and expand cooperation with partners
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

● Directly report to: Head of Digital and/or CEO
● Teammates: 1 Digital Sale & Marketing Assistant, 1 Sale Admin and Team MKT
• Salary: Negotiate
• Bonuses (Ceremony, Tet, 13th month, year-end bonus) according to company policy and regulations
• Participate fully in-state insurance as an official employee.
