E-Commerce Account Specialist

Role & Responsibility:

Manage the Lovepop's account and store page, monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve required goals

Amazon:

- Account management: ensure the account health and rectify any issues that surfaced

- Listing management and optimization: ensure all new products are listed with correct marketing content, images, price, etc. - -- Manage the listing to ensure they provide customers with accurate and updated information.

- Variants management: propose and execute variants strategy

- Store-page management: Ensure the store page is kept up to date with the right seasonal content

- Promotions, and advertisements: Collaborate with partners to propose and execute promotion and advertisement strategy.

- Market research, analyzing and providing business recommendations or any optimization

With other Marketplaces (Fair, Walmart.com, Target.com, Tiktok shop, etc):

- Provides information on a specific product. This information includes price, description, images/ video, and other relevant information customers want to know before purchasing

- Ensure that all sold products are set up accurately and timely.

- Making quick changes to adapt to the flexibility of manufacturing, sale campaigns, etc.

- Build and improve the process and other documents.

- Perform other jobs as assigned by the line manager.

Desired knowledge, experience, skills:

- 1 - 2 years of work experience in Amazon or other Marketplaces is required.

- Understanding of e-commerce site management.

- Flexible in working time and ability to communicate in English with the US team. (TOEIC 650+, IELTS 5.5+, ect…)

- Ability to iterate and pivot quickly based on feedback and requirement changes.

- Logical thinking, careful, hardworking, patient, and cautious (to ensure the accuracy of figures, and texts).

- Love to work with computers.

- Solves problems independently related to their direct responsibilities.
