- Based on sales & promotion plan by eCommerce Team with E-retailers, consolidate & request POP/ gifts & documents needed (0đ VAT Invoice,…)
- Ensure orders fulfillment as per e-Retailers process: from Nestle - distributors - e-platforms
- Follow tracking orders for distributors, and stand by resolving issues on delivery date.
- Ensure stock availability on the 3 above e-retailers
- Lead Monthly meetings with distributors to manage performance, and operation
- Handle contract, liquidation, PR/PO, and payment to customers, agencies, distributors
- Update e-content for e-flatform.
- Update and check price issues from the system/ distributors.
- Update offtake & inventory report of e-flatform
