I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Developing the annual sales plan
2. Forecasting sales
3. Managing and leading the sales team
4. E-commerce Strategy
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and increase profitability through E-commerce channels.
- Collaborate with senior management to define long-term goals and roadmap for E-commerce growth.
5. Digital Marketing
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels effectively to maximize ROI.
6. Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize analytics tools to track E-commerce performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize E-commerce operations and improve overall business efficiency.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate effectively with IT, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of E-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives aimed at driving E-commerce growth and innovation.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
* Knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry, market dynamics, customer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
* Skills
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies that align with the company's fast growth & ambitious business objectives, especially in competitor-based pricing and value-based pricing.
• Sales Expertise: Proficiency in developing and executing sales plans, setting and achieving sales targets, and managing sales operations.
• Leadership and Management: Strong leadership skills to build, lead, scale, motivate a high-performing sales team and manage cross-functional collaborations effectively.
• Data-driven & Intuitive decision: Proficiency in using data analytics to drive sales decisions and also excellent in making decisions based on instinct, gut feeling, or unconscious knowledge to make quick & meaningful decisions in complex or uncertain situations.
• Demand Forecasting: Proficiency in developing sales forecasts models using both traditional knowledge and e-commerce knowledge.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media to drive online traffic and sales.
• Technology Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, sales software, and analytics tools. Be able to work with technology team to transform manual daily work into logics that machine can learn, then machine-assist to have breakthrough results.
• Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal & external partnerships, and internal collaborations effectively.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring the smooth functioning of the e-commerce sales operations.
• Quick Learning: Ability to learn new knowledge quickly, find ways to apply, and scale them quickly.
* Experience
• More than minimum 10 years of experience as Sales Manager, Marketing or relevant role for the multinational companies (prefer to FMCG, retails, trading or e-commerce industry).
