E-commerce Executive will be responsible for ensuring our online malls (Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok shop) fulfils its commercial potential, drive online merchandising strategies, and ensuring the optimal delivery of e-retail KPI’s.

• Monitor sales performance on company’s e commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada,…), analyze sales data, and identify trends and opportunities for growth.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure adequate inventory levels, manage product availability, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.

• Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and optimized for maximum conversion.

• Research and implement the necessary updates and improvements to the store’s layout, product listings, and promotion.

• Develop strategies and makes in-depth recommendations based on a strong grasp of analytics, eCommerce Affiliate marketing & Influencers Affiliate Campaign.

• Utilize tools and analytics to track key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

• Monitor sales trends and evaluate forecasts through an analysis of key performance indicators (KPI), prepare reports.

• Stay informed about e-commerce platform’s policies, guidelines, and updates, ensuring compliance with the platform's rules and regulations.

• Proactively adapt to changes in e-commerce’s algorithms, product requirements, or operational processes to maintain a competitive edge.

• Run advertisements for E-commerce and Social Media channels.

• Write scripts and operate Livestream to boost sales on Tik Tok channel.

• Working closely with demand planning, merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time.

• Reviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand status.

• Handle complaints, promotion enquiries, product information enquiry, pricing enquiries, voucher use, gift registry in all e-commerce channels and Tik Tok.

• Present marketing plans, shopper insights, e-commerce latest research, and best practices to the Customer and Branding teams for their input, support, and alignment to develop the Consumer Lifetime value through the tactical acquisition of new users and their retention.

• Packing orders, checking status, handling orders, and customer complaints.

Yêu cầu công việc


• Degree in information Technology, digital marketing, Business administration or other related fields.

• Proficiency in English both verbal and written.

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, ideally with the platforms like (Lazada/ Shopee/ TikTok), and having a strong network with e-commerce platforms in Vietnam.

• Creative and strategic thinking abilities

• Verbal communication skills

• Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and other online shops.

• Marketing, sales, analytical, and data mining skills.

• Project and team management skills

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge.

• Experience utilizing various E-com tools and technology
