About MVC (i) Outline: MVC and Co, a subsidiary of Mitsui (Japanese trading & investment firm), is an operator of digital platform (https://xaytoam.vn/ & https://vatlieu.xaytoam.vn/) for Homeowners to select suitable Service Providers and house construction material & products for home building and renovation. (ii) Mission: Changing home building experience be more convenient. (iii) Selling points: MVC is a start-up which develops a new service from scratch and challenges to solve problems related to home building in Vietnam. It will be the best place for those who want to challenge status quo in one of old Industry: construction. Although a start-up, we have enough budget backed by Mitsui. If you are recruited, you will initiate to handle finishing materials in MVC, which will give you opportunities to consider, decide, and execute E-commerce projects.

E-commerce executive

MVC is now operating house construction material/product E-commerce which is selling sanitary ware now and will expand to floor and wall materials and kitchen related products.

The recruited position is online-sales who serves to website users to convert them to customers.

• Qualify new potential customers coming from marketing activity

• Approach and make proposals to qualified potential customers

• Negotiate with suppliers to meet customers’ requirements

• Close the deal with customers and suppliers

• Manage all of sales situation by CRM tool

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(i) Must-have requirements

• 2+ years working experience

• Ability to use English at work

• Ability to learn new thing

• Good communication skill

• Ability to work independently, in groups, or in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

• Have a high sense of responsibility in the work.

(ii) Better-to-have requirements

• Ability to use Japanese at work

• Experience in working with stakeholders outside company
