E-Commerce Executive/ Manager

[Online sales activities]

• Set up & manage Brand shops for all Platforms: Lazada/ Shopee/ Tiki / Tiktok & website Sky007.vn

• Manage Commercial Plan: Monthly & Yearly Business Plan for whole Ecommerce Channel.

• Manage Promotion Plan: Pricing, Voucher. Free ship,...base MarketingBudget & Sales Target.

• Manage Marketing Packages: Preparation, Marketing, Design, Operation, ...

• Plan all marketing tools to optimize all support tools

• Plan stock forecast to allocate stock for all platforms

• Manage Ecommerce channel operations: Onsite visibility, Customer Service, Warehousing.

• Closely co –work with each Platform for yearly & monthly Business plan.

• Deeply –Dive in analysis of channel figure to give the promotion schemes, take actions to achieve target

[Contents development activities]

• Ensuring information about: images, content is complete, beautiful, be accurate.

• Always keep the shop and products information up to date.

• The latest information and sales information are regularly provided through blogs (feed), live streams, and customer messengers.

• Create content for Product, promotion banners and work with designer follow design guide (identity).

[Stock management activities]

• Working with warehouse team to check the current stock status and keep product performance on-site well

- Have experience in operating sales of shop on websites and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada,...)

- Understanding operations on e-commerce platforms;

- Have 03 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in the field of e-commerce, cosmetic, fashion or FMCG, retails

- Good in Excel, Word,...

- Good in English
