Mô Tả Công Việc
• For EC Manager, this position is responsible for working closely with Headquarter to ensure the standard, guideline of global practice and regional strategy in leading the project performance. Build good business relation with third parties ensuring smooth end-to-end execution of platform and website operation.
• Oversee the collaboration between team members and stakeholders such as Merchandise, Marketing, Sales team, etc. to ensure the performance of ecommerce platforms.
• Develop strategic plan to constantly optimize traffic acquisition, conversion rate and CLV (Customer lifetime value) over certain periods.
• Responsible for content, imagine, product layout, sales price and programs, homogeneity with offline – online channel.
• Be responsible for the entire E-Commerce schedule, budget, recruitment, vendors, and business result with managing P&L including tracking all costs and revenue associated with the website.
• Analyze platform’s statistics, decide and prepare contents (category, products & banners), check & control local warehouse situation, manage irregular inquiries from customer center, plan multi-channel digital activities to boost traffic, and make sure everything is on track to maximize sales & profit.
• Need deeply co-work with Store Operation, Merchandising Planning, Inventory Control, Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure the sales and distribution are maximized to achieve weekly, monthly & annual targets.
• Initiate the platform and strategy of customer relation management by analyze the customer’s purchasing behavior through E-Commerce and ensure the service quality of product delivery to customers. And be quick responses to any customer inquiries with proper manner.
• Build and maintain good & professional relationship with all internal & external stakeholders.
• Other assignments from Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• A least 3 years experiences in operation in Ecommerce, Fashion / Sport, Retail / Wholesale.
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• Experience at developing & managing execution of business plan, digital plan for different Ecommerce platforms.
• Has experiences in site management for E-Commerce business (such as inventory control management, logistics, etc.) is plus.
