E-Commerce Operation

- Work closely with the Sales team to manage end-user orders, including order confirmation, requirement clarification, address changes, and delivery scheduling, ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment.

- Demonstrate a strong sales-oriented and customer-centric mindset with a proactive, service-driven attitude.

- Handle customer refund and return cases in accordance with OBS/e-commerce platform policies and dropship partner procedures, ensuring effective communication and resolution.

- Coordinate with SCM and Service teams to resolve delivery, installation, and post-sales issues efficiently.

- Manage and enhance customer experience across all touchpoints, identifying opportunities for process improvement and business growth.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve the highest possible fulfillment success rate.

- Support the Sales team with additional order processing, special requests, and the execution of monthly promotional campaigns for end users.

- Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in CRM or the E-commerce industry.

- Experience with digital marketing platforms and a strong understanding of online customer behavior is an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Customer-centric approach with a clear focus on achieving targets and maximizing ROI.

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a results-oriented environment.
