E-Commerce Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline alignment.

• Collaborate with the line manager to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed project plans.

• Coordinate with UX/UI designers, developers, content teams, and marketing to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and platform changes.

• Oversee platform enhancements, website launches, re-platforming, and third-party integrations (payment gateways, ERP, CRM, logistics, etc.).

• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer journey across web and mobile platforms.

• Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure ROI from e-commerce projects.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Manage communication across all stakeholders to provide regular project updates.

• Keep up to date with e-commerce trends, consumer behavior insights, and new digital technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital project management.

• Proven track record of managing digital/e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).

• Solid understanding of web technologies, UX/UI principles, SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical, data-driven and problem-solving abilities.

• Have knowledge relating to Health products.

• Good at English and Chinese (HSK5) communication. Chinese language skills are mandatory, especially for working with suppliers, tech vendors, or cross-border operations
