- Follow company target and manage to achieve
- Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive the conversion rate of our products such as price optimization, coupons, and deals, on-site communication & visibility
- Manage to increase Retail sentiment & brand score in E-commerce channels
- Onsite & offsite traffic driving
2. Market Insight and business analysis
- Analyze our product listing data (sales, conversion rate, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine why products are trending up or down. Share the observations and the proposed strategies to improve the issue
- Review movement of competitors and pricing, to understand the market trends.
- Optimate the budget and maximize ROAS, ROI on each channel.
3. Stock Management
- Working with Logs & SCM team to check the current stock status and keep product performance on-site well on each of channel. Review stock on e-commerce channels every week and plan to book reserve stock with Logs &
SCM team
4. CRM:
- Keep following with CS tool on each channel
- Follow CRM program each of channel and support to processing: the delivery gift to customer/KOL…
- Follow and make the report
5. Report:
- Campaign performance
- Monthly reporT
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 years experience in the E-commerce industry
- English: conversational / business level.
- Well understanding about Ecommerce system: Lazada, tiki, shopee, sendo, tiktok...
- Creative thinking and conversion optimization content Ecommerce experience
- The ability to start working immediately is a big plus.
2. Personal skills and attributes:
- Computing: MS Office tools (especially Excel).
- Good task and time management.
- Having a supporting mind, attention to detail, and enjoying admin work.
- Ability to monitor, maintain workload
