E-Commerce Senior/junior Manager

# Online Sales Management

- Establish and manage brand shops across multiple platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Tiki, and Sky007.vn website)

- Develop and execute monthly/yearly business plans with clear KPIs for all e-commerce channels

- Optimize promotional strategies including pricing, vouchers, and free shipping based on marketing budget and sales targets

- Collaborate with platform account managers to maximize visibility and performance

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement data-driven strategies for growth

# Content & Marketing

- Ensure high-quality product images, descriptions, and shop information across all platforms

- Coordinate with design team to create promotional materials following brand guidelines

- Implement and optimize Shopee and TikTok advertising campaigns

- Manage affiliate marketing programs and influencer partnerships

- Maintain regular customer engagement through livestreams, blogs, and messenger updates

# Operations

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team to ensure product availability

- Oversee customer service operations to maintain high satisfaction ratings

- Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports on channel performance

- Optimize onsite visibility through effective use of platform tools and features

- Execute A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates

# Core Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role, preferably in cosmetics, fashion, FMCG, or retail sectors

- Proven experience operating and optimizing sales on multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada)

- Demonstrated proficiency in Shopee Store optimization and TikTok Shop management

- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes

# Technical Expertise

- Experience optimizing advertising campaigns on Shopee and TikTok Ads platforms

- Ability to analyze ad performance metrics and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS

- Proficiency in utilizing affiliate marketing tools and managing influencer partnerships

- Experience developing and executing successful affiliate marketing programs

- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

- Competency with Microsoft Office suite and e-commerce management tools

# Communication & Analysis

- Professional English proficiency (written and verbal)

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners

- Ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights

# Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Shopee Marketing Center and TikTok For Business ad platforms

- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms such as ACCESSTRADE, Admitad, or Commission Junction

- Familiarity with e-commerce SEO and content optimization strategies

- Experience managing cross-border e-commerce operations in Southeast Asian markets
