• Promote Vinamilk brands and unique value propositions to existing players: Platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, TiktokShop), Food App (Grab Mart, Now, Baemin)
• Establish and grow relationships and implement joint online business planning with strategic eCommerce partners.
• Implement ePICOS (e-Picture of Success) of Vinamilk Official Stores across online platforms to optimize availability, affordability, visibility, placement, and promotions.
• Optimize the online customer experience by suggesting unique value propositions for both clients and consumers. Influence user interface design and ensure standard practices and processes regarding the Vinamilk brand ID are followed.
• Drive for innovation through unlocking new business models, new portfolio, or new ways of consumers engagement.
• Collaborate with Operations & Logistics Manager to provide sales demand plan & forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Media expert and Creative team to plan, coordinate and execute online merchandising initiatives, testing and measuring different approaches to messaging, design, and targeting those which drive the best results and response, across websites and devices.
• Manage a budget and responsible for securing digital budgets from marketing and trade activities that lead to traffic and conversion on online stores.
• Deliver integrated campaign planning, execution, and evaluation in online channels with strong collaboration across brands
• Drive P&L accountability and continuous optimization assisting with unit-economic analysis and path to profitability analysis
• Provide timely feedback to commercial leaders regarding performance, activities, and account strategy concerns, using relevant monitoring tools.
• Establish new data views and metrics to support the business and providing suggestions for improvement throughout the value chain.
• Build online shopper understanding through strengthening data sharing approach in each partnership.
• Identify performance adoption and identify opportunities to grow online sales in close collaboration with Data team
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 5+ years of sales or brand management experience in consumer product industry or +2 years’ experience in eCommerce industry, related to FMCG products; must have proven experience in developing, executing campaigns & promotions to drive traffic and sales in Vietnamese online retail
• Past experience working as key account manager or marketing solution manager with a leading online retailer will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of B2C purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create and accelerate demand
• Strong negotiation & motivation skills

• Smart business acumen & strategic thinking, drive for innovations.
• A strong sense of responsibility and ownership of work
