As an eLearning Specialist, you will:
• Organize, prioritize, and communicate a roadmap and plan for eLearning content in assigned area(s)
• Engage key stakeholders, both internal (i.e. employees) and external (i.e. customers, partners) in both ad hoc and in structured fashion to aide in developing and maintaining roadmap
• Engage and encourage input from stakeholders to identify opportunities for new content as well as improvements to existing content.
• Gather information and course elements from members, internal departments, SMEs (subject matter experts), and others.
• Develop and design learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula.
• Selects and implements appropriate media for delivery (elearning, virtual, blended, tutorials, courses, articles, etc.) to ensure that training provides the best possible outcome for the learner(s).
• Become expert user of Absorb (TrueCommerce LMS) for self-service content and customer engagement.
• Ensures that all eLearning materials are consistent, professional, and visually appealing to learners to promote the best possible training outcomes.
• Responsible for performing QA testing on eLearning materials.
• Ensure eLearning training content is up-to-date, relevant, and refreshed to meet employee and customer training needs.
• Ensures that all eLearning materials are consistent, professional, and visually appealing to learners to promote the best possible training outcomes.
• Design and collaborate on a common eLearning methodology that meets the needs of our global company. Every learner should receive the same experience regardless of their product line.
• As requested, assist with developing and creating eLearning content for internal departments to facilitate training for both new hires as well as continuous education.
