- Be responsible to design e-Route To Market outlook & models of FCV, in collaboration with transformation RTC (Route to Consumer) project team and E-com channel.
- To develop the B2B channel in collaboration with B2B Sales Leadership by setting up business models, transforming the route to market, process enhancement, & performance monitoring.
Reporting Relationship
- Reporting to the Nationwide RTM Manager (Sales Operations)
- In daily work, this job requires coordination with cross internal & external function and Outside travelling.

E-RTM:
- Identify business opportunities with the customers which provide digital platform to serve GT retailers & shoppers and work closely with cross-functional teams to realize those opportunities on project basis.
- Responsible for developing the business plan & strategy for the E-RTM in term of Social commerce, digital platform, digital partnership.
- Develop processes, activities and delivery and payment systems for sales in the assigned E-RTM channel; manage data and interaction with shoppers & digital partnerships.
- Develop and manage the P&L and trading term with digital partnerships.
- Budget & demand-forecast management.
B2B Channel:
- Develop business plans to build volume, distribution and shopper development in the assigned Channel.
- Work with Marketing/CCD/Sales leadership on plans for recruiting and retaining new shoppers/consumers in B2B Channel.
- Seizing RTM opportunity & Sales effectiveness enhancement for sustainable growth
- Other tasks as assigned by Nationwide RTM Manager.
