Ecommerce Assistant Manager

1. SALES

- Support the E-commerce Manager in planning, deploying, and monitoring monthly

sales and marketing campaigns on online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,

TikTok), including store visibility, banners, designs, … and internal sales activities.

2. ORDER AND LOGISTICS

- Manage order status and delivery performance.

- Oversee inventory on platforms and internal systems.

- Generate Sale/Logistic reports.

- Ensure compliance with company standards.

3. OTHER TASKS:

- Work closely with Sales Admin and Customer Service for the settlement process.

- Support team for pre and post-sales customer service progress on campaign day.

- Perform additional duties as directed by the Line manager.

1. Education background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce/ Business Administration /Economics or related majors.

2. Working experience:

- At least 2 years of working experience in Ecommerce/ Online Campaign Operations/ or related position

- Having experience in Home Appliances/ Consumer Electronics product is preferred

3. Skills:

- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese (both writing & speaking)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, ...) excel is a must

- Strong communication & Relationship management skills

- Strong organization & Mul-Task skills

- Strong knowledge about E-commerce or online platform

4. Others:

- Result-Oriented & Open-minded

- Time Management & Detail-Oriented

- Ability to work under high pressure
