Ecommerce Executive

- Responsible for overall commercial operations of ecom platforms, including product listing, deals submission in BAU & campaign period

- Observe sales data, activites, banners on E-commerce sites on a regular basis to quickly make adjustments to ensure sales target is achieved.

- Work closely internal team and/or outsourcers on: merchandising, ads running, content creating, stock management to ensure effective execution

- Analyze our product listing data (sales, conversion rate, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine why products are trending up or down. Share the observations and the proposed strategies to improve the issue

-Keep following with CS tool on each channel & Follow CRM program each of channel and support to processing: the delivery gift to customers

- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by N+1.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in ecommerce, economics, business administration.

- At least 1 years’ experience at a similar position, preferrably from ecommerce agency and/or client side.

- Hard working & can work under high pressure

- Office skills: computing, emailing, using office equipment.

- Having a supporting mind, attention to detail, and enjoying admin work
