We are seeking an Amazon/AliExpress/Lazada E-commerce Operations Assistant to join our team. In this position, you will assist the e-commerce operations team with the following tasks:
• Support Amazon/AliExpress/Lazada store management, including product listing, inventory management, order processing, and after-sales service.
• Assist in researching market trends and competitors, and develop and execute e-commerce operation strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Manage product images, descriptions, and reviews to ensure accurate and attractive product information.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, marketing, and logistics to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Provide decision support through data analysis and reporting, tracking sales data, customer feedback, and advertising effectiveness, among other metrics.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in e-commerce, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce operations or related fields is a plus, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations strategies and tools, with data analysis and business acumen.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills, able to work with different teams.
• High sense of responsibility and work ethic, able to work under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, with fluency in English or French preferred.
