Ecommerce Executive (HCM Head Office - 365)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 DX Executive (Data Analysis).

+ Work location: HCM Branch Head Office - 15F LIM 3 Tower, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC

+ Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday

+ Report to: Manager

Job summary:

Organize, manage, and use databases for diagnosis, prediction, and making reports. Create report platform and management process for the team and cooperate with related departments to make improvements for the data system.

Detailed job description:

1. DX data management, develop and maintain databases, data system – reorganize data in readable format (mobile app, reward, Ecommerce, other DX channels…). (25%)

2. Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, make reports and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction. (20%)

3. Analyze local, national and global trends that impact both organization and the industry; prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. (15%)

4. Create report platform, format for teams; build report management process; work with related department (NBS, IT), and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. (15%)

5. Prepare and execute training for others related department related to data analysis and report matters. (10%)

6. Manage CDP platform (manage all Mall IDs, accounts on the system, report tracking, study about the system and propose improvement…). (10%)

7. Other duties as assigned. (5%)

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Data Analysis and Management/ Information Management.

2. Have 3-5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years working in data management and analysis.

3. Good at learning skill, teamwork skill, and adaptable to change & high workload.

4. Proficient at Excel, also can use Power BI (or a similar tool) for data management and analysis.

5. Have logical mindset, be careful and detail-oriented.
